APPETIZERS

Birria egg rolls   –   $10

Slow-cooked shredded beef, onion, and shredded cheese. Served with birria broth for dipping.

NACHOS   –   $13

Corn chips with choice of ground beef or chicken. Topped with black beans, shredded cheese, house queso, jalapeños, and pico. Served with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.

CHIPS N’ GUAC   –   $8

Corn tortilla chips served with handmade guacamole.

 

Chicken Quesadilla   –   $12

Large flour tortilla filled with cheese and grilled chicken. Served with pico de gallo, salsa, and guacamole. Topped with achiote sauce and lime crema.

Queso Flight   –   $15

Our four specialty queso varieties served with chips and salsa. Includes the loaded queso, corn queso, birria queso and spicy queso.

Quesabirria   –   $14

Grilled tortillas, shredded beef, and melted cheese. Served with birria broth.

Mahi Mahi*   –   $15

Seasoned and grilled Mahi Mahi, avocado-lime coleslaw, and corn salsa. Finished with sriracha aioli.

Chicken –   $13

Grilled chicken, pico de gallo, lettuce, avocado sauce, and queso fresco.

Shrimp*  –   $15

Grilled shrimp, avocado-lime coleslaw, and corn salsa. Finished with sriracha aioli.

Street tacos  –   $13

Choice of chicken, steak, ground beef, birria, or chorizo topped with onion, cilantro, and avocado lime sauce.

Smash tacos  –   $13

Two smash burger patties on a flour tortilla topped with cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and sriracha aioli.

Chorizo  –   $14

Chorizo, Yukon potatoes, avocado sauce, and pico de gallo.

Carne Asada  –   $15

Grilled and marinated steak, lettuce, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and achiote sauce.

CRUNCHY BEEF  –   $13

Three crunchy shells filled with cheesy ground beef, lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese.

ENTREES

Cheesy chicken and rice   –   $13

Cheesy rice topped with grilled peppers and onions, grilled chicken breast, and chorizo. Finished with sour cream and cilantro.

Burrito Bowl  –   $13

Sweet corn rice tossed with avocado, black beans, corn salsa, avocado-lime coleslaw, shredded cheese, topped with grilled chicken, sriracha aioli, and avocado sauce.

CHICKEN CHIMICHANGA   –   $14

Flour tortilla filled with grilled chicken, rice, shredded cheese and pico. Fried and finished with house queso, chili verde, sour cream, and guacamole. Served with charro beans.

Birria chimichanga –   $14

Flour tortilla filled with marinated and shredded beef, potato rounds, shredded cheese, onion, and cilantro. Fried and finished with sour cream and guacamole. Served with black beans and birria broth.

FIESTA CHICKEN SALAD  –   $13

Grilled chicken breast, romaine, marinated onions and peppers, avocado, black beans, sweet corn, pico de gallo, and queso fresco tossed in a creamy arbol dressing.

Chicken Enchilada  –   $14

Grilled chicken breast, grilled peppers and onions, and shredded cheese wrapped in a corn tortilla. Topped with queso and salsa verde. Served with rice and black beans.

Beef Enchilada  –   $14

Carne asada rolled in corn tortillas with cheese and topped with enchilada sauce, shredded lettuce, marinated onions and peppers. Served with rice and charro beans.

STEAK & POTATO BURRITO  –   $15

Steak, potato rounds, onions and peppers, shredded cheese, and achiote sauce. Smothered in house queso with guacamole and sour cream. Served with rice.

FAJITA BURRITO  –   $14

Choice of steak, chicken, or shrimp with rice, black beans, grilled onions and peppers, sour cream and lettuce. Smothered in house queso with guacamole and sour cream. Served with rice.
