CHIPS N’ GUAC – $7
Corn tortilla chips served with handmade guacamole.
BRUSSELS SPROUTS – $11
Roasted and tossed with achiote sauce and marinated onions, and peppers.
SHRIMP COCKTAIL – $14
Large shrimp in a refreshing kick’d up cocktail sauce with cucumber, avocado, celery, onions, and cilantro. Served with chips.
TAQUITOS – $12
Shredded beef rolled in corn tortillas and fried. Topped with achiote, avocado sauce, shredded lettuce, and pico de gallo. Six per order.
Chicken Quesadilla – $11
Large flour tortilla filled with cheese and grilled chicken. Served with pico de gallo, salsa, and guacamole. Topped with achiote sauce and lime crema.
Queso Flight – $13
Our four specialty queso varieties served with chips and salsa. Includes the loaded queso, corn queso, birria queso and spicy queso.

Loaded queso – $5
White cheese queso loaded with chorizo, guacamole, and pico.

White queso mixed with corn salsa and taco sauce.

White cheese queso topped with our slow-cooked, shredded beef.

White queso blended with our spicy salsa.
TACOS
Three corn tacos served with choice of one side.
Quesabirria – $13
Grilled tortillas, shredded beef, and melted cheese. Served with birria broth.
Mahi Mahi* – $14
Seasoned and grilled Mahi Mahi, avocado-lime coleslaw, and corn salsa. Finished with sriracha aioli.
Chicken – $13
Grilled chicken, pico de gallo, lettuce, avocado sauce, and queso fresco.
Shrimp* – $14
Beer-battered shrimp, avocado-lime coleslaw, and corn salsa. Finished with sriracha aioli.
Chorizo – $13
Chorizo, Yukon potatoes, avocado sauce, and pico de gallo.
Carne Asada – $14
Grilled and marinated steak, lettuce, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and achiote sauce.

ENTREES
Chile Rellenos – $13
Poblano pepper stuffed with chorizo, potatoes, and cheese, then roasted in the oven. Served over enchilada sauce with achiote rice and black beans.
GRANDE RICE Bowl – $13
Sweet corn rice tossed with avocado, black beans, corn salsa, avocado-lime coleslaw, shredded cheese, topped with grilled chicken, sriracha aioli, and avocado sauce.

Achiote Chicken – $15
Airline chicken breast marinated then roasted. Served over achiote sauce with Brussels Sprouts asado and sweet corn rice.
Pork Tinga Tamales – $13
Two tamales filled with our corn tamalito and house made pork tinga. Served with sweet corn rice and charro beans.
Grilled Salmon* – $16
Served with sweet corn rice asparagus and grape tomatoes over arbol hollandaise.
FIESTA CHICKEN SALAD – $13
Grilled chicken breast, romaine, marinated onions and peppers, avocado, asparagus, black beans, sweet corn, pico de gallo, and queso fresco tossed in a creamy arbol dressing.
Spinach Enchilada – $14
Cheesy spinach and artichoke mix rolled in corn tortillas topped with salsa verde, shredded lettuce, marinated onions and peppers. Served with achiote rice and black beans.
Beef Enchilada – $14
Carne asada rolled in corn tortillas with cheese and topped with enchilada sauce, shredded lettuce, marinated onions and peppers. Served with sweet corn rice and charro beans.
Birria Ramen* – $13
Ramen in our birria broth with cabbage, shredded beef, cilantro, lime, and poached egg yolk.
